All sales are final on handcrafted pieces. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my work.

Purchasing a handmade piece, confirms with me that you have made an informed decision upon seeing the sizing and the appearance shown.

All pieces are carefully made with my two hands. The natural character of handmade jewelry, obtains the possibility of slight imperfections.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

I ship via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. All orders include tracking and insurance.

Shipping Insurance

USPS Ground Advantage Mail includes up to $100 of carrier coverage. For orders exceeding $100 in value, I add additional shipping insurance to ensure your piece is fully protected. 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos to wildnativejewelry99@gmail.com and I will make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once your order has been handed to USPS and a tracking number provided, Wild Native, is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
